The Sparkling Stream
The sparkling stream like a million scattered pearls,
Racing between the rocks,
Lost in my thoughts, I was the only girl,
My feet bare, I felt the chilly drops.
The trees were the prop of shade,
And the birds were singing,
They say there's one spirit of which I should be afraid,
But me?
But me?
I wasn't afraid because I knew the changes I was bringing.
